"What's Up, Doc?"
My rabbit, Mongasi, has been living with us for a good seven years now. He was about eight months when he was given to us and I feel like his "time" is near. We have four other ones, but this cute, brown, black, and white dwarf rabbit has wiggled himself into a very special place in my heart. Today I'm taking him to the vet hoping she will not have any bad news for me. I love Mongasi with all my being I do not know how I will be able to deal with the sadness that is sure to come.

Awe... I hope he is ok. I have never had a rabbit as a pet, but my friends have. They are adorable. It is amazing how close we can get to our pets. I still miss my cat from when I was in high school. As we all know, with life comes death. It is one of those horrible truths we all must accept. I'm sorry.. deep sigh.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm glad he's ok now. Well rabbits are very much like cats: they spend much time grooming themselves, they are very curious, they snuggle up a lot, too.
